The superbly talented artist and my friend Barry recently featured this journal entry by photographer Mark ....to call it inspirational and uplifting would be an understatement.

For me his words of wisdom are a perfect start to 2013....and a testament to his humanity and generous spirit.

Sometimes just because a person looks happy, you have to look past their smile and see how much pain they may be in.
